Anonymized and privacy-first
8 domains of well-being, measured gently
The Comprehensive Mental Well-being Index goes beyond mood tracking: Work-Life Balance, Resilience, Personal Growth, Social Connection and four more, woven into the check-ins your team already does.
- Low-friction assessment
- No long surveys. Two wellness questions ride along with daily check-ins, so insight builds without assessment fatigue.
- Private and anonymized
- Individual results are strictly private. Managers only see aggregated data once a minimum number of responses is reached.
- Early burnout detection
- Proactively identify burnout risks and support psychological safety with domain-specific insights.

The CMWI offers insight into self-perceived well-being. It is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace consultation with a qualified mental health professional.

Frequently asked questions
What is Hilma?
Hilma is an async standup and team health app for Slack. Each teammate answers a short check-in in Slack, Hilma posts an AI summary to the team channel, and it tracks team mood anonymously so leads can spot burnout early. Microsoft Teams support is coming soon.
What is the CMWI?
The Comprehensive Mental Well-being Index (CMWI) is our assessment tool measuring holistic employee health across 8 domains, including resilience, work-life balance, and personal growth. It goes far deeper than simple mood tracking to help you build a sustainable work culture.
Is Hilma secure?
Yes. Individual mood scores are never shown to colleagues or managers: mood averages only appear when at least 3 people responded, and team wellness reports need at least 10 respondents. Work updates are shared with your team; wellness answers stay private to you.
Does it replace Jira or Linear?
No. Hilma focuses on the human side of project management, how people are feeling and what is blocking them, complementing your existing task trackers.
How much does it cost?
We offer a free 14-day trial. After that, it is €6 per user per month (billed annually) or €7 per user per month (billed monthly), with a minimum of 5 users. Prices exclude VAT. See pricing details
Can I use Hilma without Slack?
Yes. Hilma works as a standalone product. Sign up with email, invite your team, and complete check-ins through our web interface. You receive reminders by email and can view summaries in the dashboard or get them delivered to your inbox. Get started with email
